Brad Ferguson retired in 2019 from the New Jersey Air National Guard and New Jersey State Parole. Serving the country and community has always been second nature, and now the same core values of excellence are applied to serving our customers.

Lauren Ferguson is the backbone and the brains behind the day to day operations of Sgt. Sealcoat.  Lauren is the proud mother of two girls, has her Masters in Business Administration from Stockton University, and does her best to make sure the wheels keep rolling smoothly.
